🙏🤩💪Renovate a house to open a cafe 🙏🤩💪

Hello everyone, after I have started construction again, I am going to open a small coffee shop or cafe on the side of the road at the three-way intersection in the village in front of the temple. The area is an area that I received from my relatives. The cost is not much. This area is a temple area. The tenant has just changed from my relatives to me. The reason is because I brought a cart from Koh Phangan. I couldn't find a parking space for the cart, so I looked for a place to rent to sell things in the garden, such as bananas, bamboo shoots, and many other things. I saw this house that was closed. I knew that it belonged to my relatives. So I drove to ask about renting it because I wanted to set up a cart to sell things in the garden. When I got there, I met my relatives. And my relatives gave me an answer and gave me excellent advice. They asked for 2 days. When the 2 days were up, the person who asked gave me an answer that they saw me taking care of my mother. Their words made me feel sorry for me. The answer I got from my relatives was that they changed hands for me. I was very happy because I had been living in the house for 2 years.

When I finished the contract, I started the construction. I did it myself because I didn’t do anything. This was a job my father used to do, which was construction work. I did it when I was young, so I think he would remember it. This time, I just kept doing it because I wasn’t in a hurry.

I started by clearing the area. You can see that it’s a half-storey house with a width of 8 meters at the front and 30 meters at the sides. The house number is about 4 meters wide at the front. It’s quite wide. When I measured the distance and checked the area, the first thing I did was sweep the leaves on the roof. There were several broken tiles on the roof, which I’m waiting to fix. When I finished sweeping the leaves, it took a lot of effort because the leaves and grass that covered the arch were quite thick. This house has been empty for many years. It’s time to renovate it.

In addition to the leaves falling from the roof, today I also ordered cement, stones, and sand from a construction shop to be installed. Then I mixed the cement and built walls on both sides. You might think that the area I am building is similar to a wall. I should make it a place to sit and relax in front of the house. This corner is a very high point because you can see the temple clearly.

But today, unfortunately, in the evening, it rained quite heavily while I was working on the construction using cement. Of course, construction workers know that if it rains, they usually don't do cement work. But I've been working since the afternoon. I didn't know that it would suddenly rain. It poured quite hard. But it's okay because I'm almost finished too.

When it rained, luckily I ordered limestone and sand from a construction supply store. They brought all the equipment indoors, that is, inside the house, so everything didn't get wet when it rained. There are still many things about this house and it will be many days before it's finished because everything requires a budget. I'm doing it slowly and not in a hurry. If you find friends passing by, stop by and have a coffee and relax at the carpet shop. As for today, I have to say goodbye. I'll come back and write for you to read again. How far have you progressed in building your own shop? I'll come back and update you so you can see it.

Thank you for reading until the end. If you like this article, don't forget to share it with your friends.
