Yo en mi rutina de cuidado personal utilizo todas las noches, una crema hidratante a base de ácido hialurónico, que ayuda eliminar los radicales libres, asi vez también utilizo una vez a la semana para reducir los efectos de no dormir las horas necesarias, de no tomar mucha agua, hace que esa piel se maltrate, también hay algunas alternativas naturales para refrescar esa área como rodajas de pepino, de papa, compresas frías, entre otras.

Al limpiar el área debe hacerse con sumo cuidado, no exfoliar ya que no es conveniente, existen unos parches que se colocan en esa área con distintos ingredientes como colágeno, vitamina C, Aloe vera, hidratantes, de ingredientes naturales, yo utilizo los de colágeno una vez a la semana sobretodo los domingos que estoy todo el día en la casa y puedo dedicarme tiempo, en las imágenes comparto parte de esa rutina.
