精致利己主义者 Exquisite Egoists

I have always had a deep hatred for egoists, but when I see the term “exquisite egoism”, my first feeling is confusion, and then I clap my hands and applaud. The term “exquisite” vividly exposes the dark inner thoughts and hypocrisy of sanctimonious selfish individuals.

The term "exquisite egoism" was proposed by Professor Qian Liqun of the Chinese Department of Peking University. At that time, it was used to describe some college students who, although possessing high intelligence, adhere to the principle of seeking profit in their behavior, behave smoothly and inexperienced, are good at disguising, and use their systems to achieve their own goals. The so-called "exquisiteness" is a concept opposite to "roughness". The pursuit of "exquisiteness" is the pursuit of things beyond material wealth, while "egoism" refers to everything centered around one's own interests.

Let's take a look at the ugly face of the “exquisite egoists”.

1.Gorgeous appearance. Exquisite egoists will definitely have a gorgeous appearance. Most of them come from privileged families, and even if they are not so privileged, they should try their best to dress up, because this is a way to pursue "exquisite" attire or save face. Dressed in suits and leather shoes, with oily hair and pink face, they are dressing neatly, giving people a sense of dignity.

2.The essence of selfishness. Seeking only profit, taking advantage of opportunism, and striving to gain and climb to the upper levels of society by any means, is the goal of selfish individuals. However, they have become more smooth and sophisticated, more adept at disguising themselves, giving people a naked feeling of "elegance" rather than "selfishness".

3.Always hold high the guise of serving the public and the people. The reason why exquisite egoists are exquisite is that they use the guise of serving the country and the people to profit themselves, but in reality, they are hanging up a sheep's head and selling dogmeat.

Failing to do their jobs or doing them irresponsibly, they engage in various projects, which is called serving the people and solving problems for enterprises, but ultimately, it is through these projects that profits are obtained. In short, they tout themselves as models of practical responsibility and diligence for the people, but in reality, they always consider their own interests.

4.With high emotional intelligence, versatile and eloquent. We will also find that most exquisite egoists have a good eloquence, high emotional intelligence, and always are speaking out of both sides of their mouths. They give people a "good person" image, and their relationship with anyone seems to be very harmonious, especially pleasing to the leaders. They do not make enemies and create a peaceful environment, with the aim of making it easier for them to seek personal gain without being reported.

Exquisite egoists, in fancy skins, hold up the guise of serving the country and the people, with eloquent words, constantly searching for opportunities to profit themselves. They are like demons, dressed in human skin, endangering human society. Just and kind-hearted people should take action to eradicate these demons and restore a clear world to humanity.

我对利己主义者向来是深恶痛绝的，可当我看到“精致利己主义”这一说法时，第一感觉是疑惑不解，随之便是拍手叫好。“精致”一词把自私自利者的阴暗内心和道貌岸然的虚伪揭露得淋漓尽致。

“精致利己主义”的说法由北大中文系钱理群教授提出，当时是用来描述一些高校的大学生虽然拥有着高智商，但为人处事奉行着唯利是图的原则，行为表现圆滑老道，善于伪装，并善于利用体制达到自己的目的。所谓“精致”是与“粗糙”相对的概念，追求“精致”就是追求物质财富以外的东西，而“利己主义”就是指一切都以自己的利益为中心。

我们来看一下“精致利己主义者”的丑恶嘴脸。

一、华丽的外表。精致利己主义者决然会拥有一幅华丽的外表，他们大多家境优越，即使不那么优越也要极力打扮一番，因为这是奔向“精致”的行头或者说是面子。西装革履，油头粉面，衣冠楚楚，给人一种道貌岸然的感觉。

二、自私自利的本质。唯利是图，投机取巧，极力钻营，不择手段往上爬，这是自私自利者的目的。只不过他们变得更加圆滑和世故，更善于伪装自己，给人一种“高雅”而不那么“自私”的赤裸裸的感觉。

三、时时高举一切为公为民的幌子。精致利己主义者之所以精致的一面，是他们把自己捞取利益的事情挂上为国为民的幌子，实则是挂羊头卖狗肉。

不作为，乱作为，名义上是搞各种各样的工程，美其名曰为人民服务为企业排忧解难，可最终是通过这些项目捞取利益。总之，他们把自己标榜成实干担当、勤劳为民的模范，可实则是时时为自己的利益着想。

四、高情商，左右逢源，能言善辩。我们还会发现，精致利己主义者大都有一副好口才，情商高，见人说人话见鬼说鬼话。他们给人一种“好人”的形象，同任何人的关系似乎都很融洽，尤其是很讨领导的欢喜。他们不树敌，创造一种平和的环境，目的就是为了便于自己谋取私利而不被人告发。

精致利己主义者穿着华丽的皮囊，高举着为国为民的幌子，巧舌如簧，时时寻找着时机为自己捞取利益。他们像恶魔一般，披着人皮，危害着人类社会。正义善良的世人应行动起来，铲除恶魔，还人类以晴朗乾坤。
