人生如牌 Life Is Like Playing Cards

The "Goki" poker game is said to have been invented by fishermen in Qingdao and later became popular throughout the country. Although the gameplay varies slightly in different regions, they are all similar.

When I was in technical secondary school, the male classmates in my class started playing "Goki" in the hallway of the dormitory building until late at night. If you want to play cards well, the first thing you need to do is to have a good hand of cards, utilizing your own intelligence and teamwork. Drawing a good hand of cards is completely a form of luck. Some people often draw good cards, while others always have poor luck and always draw a bad hand of cards. If one cannot keep cool, or become flexible and witty, even a good hand of cards may not necessarily result in good results, let alone a bad hand.

At this point, someone begins to cheat, taking the opportunity to throw away their small cards or steal a King or Queen card, hoping to get rid of the failed outcome. Once cheating is discovered, everyone stands up and leaves, and the game ends because the rules of the game are broken, making personal luck and intelligence meaningless.

As the saying goes, life is like chess, but isn't this life also like playing poker?

1.A person cannot choose his own family and parents, nor can he choose his own background and environment. Some people are born with a golden spoon and possess advantages that others cannot match at birth. Their starting point may be the end of others' lifelong struggle for it. It is said that all roads lead to Rome, but some people are born in Rome. How do you compare yourself to others?

Just like playing poker, some people will draw a good hand of cards, while others will draw a bad hand of cards. Although the probability is equal, opportunities or luck are different. At this point, one cannot change.

2.What should we do if we draw a bad hand of cards? At this point, we need to rely on our own intelligence. The best strategy is not to win, but to remain undefeated. Due to inherent disadvantages, winning by a narrow margin is almost impossible. Only by preserving strength and waiting for the opportunity can one overcome difficulties. Not comparing with others, only comparing with oneself, as long as it is better than before, it is enough.

Having a humble background and no connections, we can only rely on our own diligence, hard work, and intelligence. Do not seek big changes, do not aim too high, endure hardships, only strive for small achievements, accumulate small victories for big victories, and ultimately change our own destiny.

3.Some people don't play according to the rules or even cheat to win, and at this time the best way to do is to leave this game, because those who follow the rules will always suffer in the end. If you can't leave for the time being, you have to see through without saying anything, just continue playing with them, because you can't change everything, and you can't get away. Where ignorance is bliss, it's folly to be wise. Don't be impatient, watch the clouds rolling in the sky and the flowers blooming and falling in front of the court. Waiting for the change of the situation, waiting for the day of reshuffling!

我上中专时，班里的男生晚上便在宿舍楼的走廊里打起“够级”来，直到深夜。如想牌打得好，首先要摸的一手好牌，加上自己的聪明才智，还有团队的协作。摸到好牌，完全是一种运气了，也可以说是手气。有的人经常摸到好牌，也有的人总是手气不佳，一直是一把烂牌。如是沉不住气，不能灵活机智，一把好牌也未必打出好的成绩，何况是手里的一把烂牌呢。

这时候，有人便开始作弊，把手里的小牌趁机扔掉，或者偷一张大王或者小王来，希望能够摆脱掉失败的结局。作弊一旦被人发现，众人便纷纷起身离去，游戏也就结束了，因为游戏规则被破坏，个人的运气和聪明才智便变得毫无意义了。

常言道，人生如棋，可这人生不也正如这打扑克吗？

一、一个人不能选择自己的家庭和父母，也就不能选择自己的背景和环境。有的人含着金汤匙出生，一出生就具备着别人难以企及的优势，他们的起点可能是别人为之奋斗一生的终点。都说条条大路通罗马，可有的人一出生就在罗马，你又如何同人家相比呢？

如同打扑克，有的人就会摸到一手的好牌，可有的人摸到的是一手的烂牌。虽说是概率均等，可机遇或者说手气是不一样的。在这一点上，一个人是无法改变的。

二、倘若摸到了一手烂牌，该如何应对呢？这时候就要靠自己的聪明才智了，不求胜，只求不败，才是上策。因为先天的劣势，险胜几乎是不可能的事情，只有保存实力，等待时机，才有可能走出困境。不与他人比，只与自己比，只要比原来好就知足了。

出身卑微，没有任何的背景和关系，只能靠自己的勤奋、努力和聪明了。不求大的改变，不好高骛远，卧薪尝胆，只求一点点成就，积小胜为大胜，最终改变自己的命运。

三、有人不按套路出牌，甚至靠作弊来获得胜利，此时最好的办法就是离开这种游戏，因为最终吃亏的永远是那些遵守规则的人。如若暂时不能离开，只好看破而不说破，继续陪他们游戏罢了，因为你改变不了这一切，你又不能脱身而去。难得糊涂是最好的策略，不急不躁，望天上云卷云舒，看庭前花开花落。等待着时局的变化，等待着重新洗牌的那一天！
