I'm feeling better than yesterday. This morning, we had strong rains, which felt like it's rainy season already. That's why it wasn't too hot even in the afternoon.
My wife and I went out for a walk and jog. It's good to be with her because she can't go with me during my schedule because of work. I had more than 6000 steps on Actifit today, 9900+ steps on my smart watch, and walked for more than 7.5 kilometers.
