Hey Actifitters,
Unlike the last couple of days, yesterday we managed to escape work before nightfall for our long daily walk.
Just enough time for the sisters Kaia and Le Chat to hang out together behind the front yard.
I know I've shared similar moments often, but it always makes me smile.
After a while, as usual, we left Le Chat behind and went to the bigger forest with Kaia. We still had some daylight to enjoy the trails.
When we got near that clearing due to a big storm a couple years ago, it was time for a little bit of climbing, Kaia enjoys that!
It doesn't mean she doesn't pay attention to every single noise and scent in the area.
We took the time to explore most of the trails.
And once again, our final loop in the forest was in the dark. Like I said many times, it's the best timing when we get to enjoy the forest both with daylight and after nightfall.
On the way back, Kaia suddenly started to get excited. Can you see all these glowing eyes looking back at us? A group with at least half a dozen deer, beautiful!
They didn't really flee, but for sure kept their eyes on Kaia's every movements. She was on leash so they were safe.
And that was it for the day's activities. Final step count wasn't bad but nowhere near the bar for #poprzeczka competition. Last chance on Saturday, the weather isn't supposed to be great but let's see if I can keep up with the last few survivors anyways.
