Being completely focused of the moment without any other distractions is the state known as presence, and through the practice of mindfulness and nonjudgmental recognition, presence is developed in meditation which allows practitioners to fully immerse themselves in the midst of the present moment, while the practitioners can experience a profound sense of present that leads to appropriate living.
