Here's a quick and delicious breakfast idea this is a very good option for those who are looking for weight loss or want to cut carbs from diet. Also can be a great option for kids lunch box.
So this is basically a dosa (creps or chilla) made with sprouted legumes of your choice, basically you need to blend the overnight socked legumes with garlic, chilli, coriander leaf, and salt accordingly. Spread the batter over a non stick pan like how we normally spread for dosa cook for few minutes on both sides and you are ready to dig in.........
You can also and paneer or chicken stuffing to add more protein and have it as a wrap.
I usually like to pair it with curd or a cup of tea at breakfast.
