This is our local native food called Abacha in Ibo Land Nigeria. It is also known as african salad it is made from casava.
Is yucca raw? or cooked?
I've never eaten it like this... I've eaten it parboiled, in rich sweets like churros... But never in a salad.
That means .u are really missing a lot. Over here we don't cook it. May be I will drop a post on how to prepare it
