Just take a look at upvu, ppl can delegate BP to them and receive a vote for that each day. So they are more or less just self voting with the delegation and don't support any other users. Aaaand this is bad for a social media blockchain.
the more people buy blurt and participate the better it is for everyone
just ignore or mute the self-voters if you don't want to see them

I didn’t knew about it , I will use this tag from now on. One question as you said as you said one can’t have outgoing delegation so does delegating to even a normal user is not allowed or only few users I have heard of.
