Saludos amigos de la comunidad de Blurt, espero se encuentren muy bien el día de hoy.

What I promised is debt in a previous post talking about my history with lettering and since I took so much love for it, I told you that I would bring you a post dedicated exclusively to showing you some design and explaining to you, even technically in writing, what my process is to make them.

Lo prometido es deuda en un anterior post hablando sobre mi historia con el lettering y como le tomé tanto amor, les dije que les traería un post dedicado exclusivamente en mostrarlos algún diseño y explicarles aunque sea técnicamente de manera escrita cuál es mi proceso para realizarlos.

The first thing I do is choose what type of letters I will use, if they will be of a single style such as caligrafitty or a mixture of different types of styles as I did in this case that I used both caligrafitty and gothic letters. When defining the style, the next thing I usually do is start the sketch which I do with a 2h pencil or any very clear pencil, with that already ready, the best thing is to give life to the design with markers and shadows.

Lo primero que hago es elegir que tipo de letras usaré, si serán de un solo estilo como por ejemplo caligrafitty o una mezcla de diferentes tipos de estilos como hice en este caso que usé tanto caligrafitty como letras góticas. Ya al definir el estilo, lo siguiente que suelo hacer es empezar el boceto el cual hago con lapiz 2h o cualquiera de mina muy clarita con eso ya lista viene lo mejor que es darle vida al diseño con marcadores y sombras.

Right here in the post I show you in the photographs that you see on the screen the before and after process, how the freshly made sketch looked like and then the final result with the highlighted lines and the shadows made with pencil 6b and 3b.

Justo aquí en el post les muestro en las fotografías que ven en pantalla el proceso de antes y después, como se veía el boceto recién hecho y luego el resultado final con las líneas remarcadas y las sombras hechas con lápiz 6b y 3b.
