Eid comes twice every year, and this one marks the end of Ramadan, the 30-day fasting period of muslims. We dress in the best of our clothing and go to observe the Eid Prayer.
The day started with preparations by ironing our Eid wear.
We headed out to the Eid grounds after this.
When we got there, we sat for a couple of minutes waiting for the Imam who will lead the Eid prayer and he was in in no time.
After the Eid, the imam gave a sermon on Contentment with what Allah has given you.
Friends and family, neighbors socialized and took pictures and everyone left the Eid grounds back home. This is a dump of pictures I took on my phone. A lot of people wanted to use my phone because it was an iPhone 11 pro max.
My eid was fun. I hope yours was too.
