Prevention is better than cure is one of the wise words I've ever heard from a doctor. Today's changes, many of us prefer something practical, for example instant noodles, canned fish, fast food. Though all these foods have content that is not good for our bodies. The stomach that we fill is not only full but we must provide adequate nutrition for our bodies. If we want to live longer then renew our diet first. Then exercise regularly

I agree with you, it is better to be safe than sorry, the access to food is not good. But I'll tell you something here between you and me, I love to eat, I think it's my weakness lol, but I'm trying to control it.
