Mother fetched me using the free ambulance service of our Barrio.
Last Monday when my father and I went home from the hospital and was fetched by my brother using hos car, we left our car at the parking lot because of its failed brake system. My father said that we will just buy the brake kit along the way home and then repair the brake of the car during my next dialysis session.
That is what we did and today the car can be used again although it still has issues like my father wants to replace the timing belt and put a seal unto the top of the engine because it is leaking according to him.
The car's suspension also needs to be replaced so in the coming weeks I ight shell-out some cash for it including what my father bought to the car shop shop is the brake kit although the brake assembly seems to be needing a replacement as well.
It is a good thing that I have some necessary funds for fixing this old car because it is really an important thing to have a car particularly in my case which needs to go to the hospital three times per week and also if I needed to go somewhere if I need to.
But this car is just limited with its use because our place is always susceptible in flooding because sometimes Typhoons with heavy rains and Monsoon rains would pour so much water that it inundates the roads with so much water that it causes cars with low ground clearance not to be able to pass because our town where I live belongs to the so-called catch basin of our province so it does flood so easily.
My Barrio belongs to the the higher ground among other Barrios which is why only those that have old houses with now lower flooring are flooded which includes our house which I think is only a few houses that get flooded inside because most of the houses here are now relatively newer and has a higher flooring.
That is why we needed the service of the Ambulance if not the other vehicle of the barrio which can be used to transport me particularly when there are floods while the Ambulance itself is used for the purpose of bringing the inhabitants of this barrio to and from the hospital if need like in my case although my mother have to go to one of the officers or our Barrio captain beforehand to give us a schedule to when it will be used and thankfully I am a priority over the others because dialysis can't be postponed or delayed.
Anyway, I just hope that I can buy a car with a higher ground clearance because our car which is a Sedan is not designed to be driven to this kind of terrain in my place because as I mentioned, we get high-level floods which is enough to cripple such cars with lower clearance from the ground. But I still have my hands full for the house as well because it needs to be fixed and the funds are still not enough for making me to decide in pursuing these two major plans because my money is not enough to put it into reality.
But there is still hope that I can fulfill these two goals and I needed more time because my money is in the form of cryptos. That is why it had been taking so much time with the real risk of my plans not happening because I might graduate from this world at any given time. So I am praying to God to make my plans a reality but I am full of hope that I can do it, that is again, if God wills it.
Also, I wasn't able to finish my treatment session because I am already getting light-headed past the 3 hour mark of the four hours session plus I am feeling pain in my buttocks already and it is just a torture. Fluid removal went bad as I was only drawn-out with just a liter of water. However, this event can be a good sign because it means that I am getting rather "fat" because I am always trying to eat as much as I can in terms of calories. So I will just continue to do it so that I can be able to clear my lungs from fluids as I adjust my real weight back up but this will means lots of bouts of hypotension like what happens frequently now.
