Remember , the goal here is not perfection , but consistency.
As we learnt in the previous chapter , don't allow yourself to miss the habit on a two successive occasion.
occasional slip happens to every one , but the very key to success is to bounce back on track as soon as you can.
When you miss a day , it is very easy and addictive to miss two , three , and four days in row and in no distance time , you are now back to square one.
well , this rule helps to prevent this spiral fall.
